I’m testing a content strategy I just learned (ASQ) for my new YouTube channel and could use some input. Right now, I’m researching real questions people actually search in my niche so I can answer them directly in my videos. @Audra Starkey good idea. I haven't spoken to anyone who knew what insulin resistance is or even heard of it. Before this year I didn't even know what it was and I thought insulin was only medicine for people with diabetes😅 But it is a massive problem. Such a big problem I dedicated my life to help to be a solution.

Why only one post a day?
I’ve been asked why I limit the posting in this group to once a day, and the answer is for the same reason that I limit how much I personally post in this group each day (I try really hard to limit myself to 2!)…. It’s to protect your visibility. The goal of this group is to help you become as visible as possible. If people are able to post as often as they want, one person could easily clog the feed with their own posts and push everyone else down to lower pages. By limiting everyone to one post a day, everyone gets time on the first page, the quality of the posts goes up, and the overall feel is more conversational and less spammy. Thoughts???
