Greetings how can I train the AI to write content that sounds more like me and to reply to emails without my IMPUT?

I have a client who is requesting a lead be pre-qualified by SMS and/or Voice using AI automation. Once the lead is qualified, it is immediately pushed to a human sales/appointment setter rather than booked with the automation. Does anyone have experience setting up this as a workflow? Thoughts? I have found it to be quite useful. I like how it devides my tasks by time of day such as morning, afternoon, and end of day. What are your thoughts?
