Breakfast :
Omlette with Vegies and multigrain toasts With a cup of tea and 2 cookies Mid morning I had fruit bowl Lunch was cutlus and chicken strip Dinner was roti and bhindi and then had cup of tea @Laraib Awais I did walk for about 30 mins couldn’t do steps as I didn’t have phone in hand

Breakfast CHIA SEEDS PUDDING Chia seeds 2tbsp 150ml lactose free milk 2Tbsp greek yogurt 39 grams apple and few seeds of pomegranate Half tsp of organic peanut butter For extra protein had 2 boiled eggs as well 🤤 A complete power packed breakfast after 17 hours of intermittent fasting

Hanfull of almonds Dinner:- 3-4 tbsp spoon daal chana 7tbsp boiled rice 2 shami kababs Salad To control the craving of fizzy drink i had Cac 1000 🥲
