@Sam Carlson OK I’ll definitely keep that in mind. I almost debated even offering a discount versus just getting a quote since it’s a luxury service. I’ll talk to the owner and see what he thinks, just saying 5% off isn’t attractive either. We will definitely brainstorm some things. Other than that, does ad copy look OK? Also, I did the images based off of what your GPT told me with the layout and the font, etc. Got inspiration for the ad copy from the training, also saw the video that I believe his name was Ken did.

Let’s say you wanna scale your agency. Really scale it. Not just add more clients. And work more hours. But actually build something that runs without you. A system. A formula. A franchise. Here’s exactly how it works. Think of it like a pizza. (Stay with me.) Three slices. Each one matters. Miss one? The whole thing falls apart. **Slice 1: Niche/Market (50%)** This is half the pizza. The foundation. It’s crazy… flippin… important. Everything starts here. You pick ONE market. ONE audience. ONE problem you solve. Not “small businesses.” Not “e-commerce brands.” Not “coaches.” Too broad. You go narrow. Like: - Epoxy floor installers - HVAC companies doing $500k-$2M/year - Med spas in suburban markets - Roofing contractors who want commercial jobs Specific. Why? Because when you’re specific? Your message hits different. Your ads feel personal. Your offer feels custom. Even though it’s not. Let’s say you target HVAC companies. And your ad says: “We help HVAC companies book 40+ pre-paid service calls per month or it’s free.” (Just an example guys) Every HVAC owner who sees that thinks: “Wait, this is FOR me.” Not for everyone.
