Whole foods are the healthiest! The further it gets from its natural state, the more processed it is, the worse it is for your body. I used to love banana bread! My taste buds still do but my body doesn't care for it much these days... I usually get an upset stomach after because I haven't learned my lesson 😭 What are the ingredients in those straws?

@Sahil Butani gotcha. I think I had those back in the day and didn't like the taste. I won't consume them for that big reason. Another reason... Oil is the 3rd ingredient which means there's more than needed. Ita 3 kinds of oil which means theres room for any kind to be in there. Cane sugar (still sugar because it's not fruit sugar) is 4th on the list. Sugar is used to make things addicting so I feel like if it's not a sweet I question why it's in something and if I don't come up with a logical answer I revert back to 'they want me addicted to their product'. The veggie powders aren't necessarily terrible... definitely better than chemical dyes and artificial flavors!
