This is where you bring your body, energy, and real-life self-care questions and we break down how to actually apply what youโ€™re learning โ€” not just understand it intellectually. Think of it like the conversation after a massage. You knowโ€ฆ โ€œWow, I didnโ€™t realize my abs were that tight. Why is that happening?โ€ โ€œAnd more importantly โ€” how do I stop it from coming back?โ€ Thatโ€™s the level weโ€™re working at.
