This isn’t a passive “listen and nod” call.
This is where you bring your body, energy, and real-life self-care questions and we break down how to actually apply what you’re learning — not just understand it intellectually.
Think of it like the conversation after a massage.

That’s the level we’re working at.
We’ll start with a short, potent teaching, then move into a guided meditation and body scan so you’re grounded, regulated, and fully present — because clarity doesn’t land in a dysregulated nervous system. From there, it’s open Q&A and real-time integration.
