What questions do you have for me about my weekly schedule❓
I have a unique weekly planning and "to-do" system I've been using every single week since March (which is a big deal because I usually can't stick to ANYTHING). It's all built in Google Docs, super simple to use. We don't use asana/trello/clickup/etc. I want to record a video walkthrough and podcast for you about it next week, and want to make sure I answer all of your questions! Ask me anything about - 3 day workweek - how I structure my days and tasks - how I balance getting things done with my ebbs/flows of energy - my ideal schedule - what I do on a regular basis - whatever else you wanna know! Excited to share more, I know this has been a recurring question for a while!

How do you plan out your map your model into weeks months and quarters to make sure you’re accomplishing your overall goal?
🎉 Live Event Features in Skool
Hi @Mariah Coz ! My high ticket mentorship is very live event centered. Does Skool offer any features like event reminders, RSVP options or anything else for live events to help simplify it for students?

@Mariah Coz The ideas just keep coming!! Wondering if Skool has on the radar live video recording inside skool? I would love to really stop using zoom. Have it truly all in one

@Mariah Coz Uughh ok I'll stick with zoom, for now
High Ticket Scholarships? 🎓
I offered this in the past and I’m curious to anyone’s thoughts on this. Since my program is a bit on the higher end I use to do 2 scholar ships a year where I would give them limited access at an affordable rate. Then they were offered the option to renew at the full price. Every scholar who was offered the discounted rate renewed because they loved the community so much. ❓My question is: what is a good enough discount for something like this and does anyone else offer something similar to speak on experience?

@Kori Tomelden but the downsell plan is genius. I’m working on my “downsell” signature course right now. I’m hoping I’ll be able to roll out the system next year..thank you for this

@Mariah Coz Thanks Mariah!
Hiring my 1st Co-coach...👀
I'm in PA and working through hiring my first co-coach officially. In the past I have had peers come in, guest teach, and help me out here and there. But, now I am ready for a part-time coach who really serves my clients with the twice-a-month calls, in the community, and uploading calls to the portal.... 🫶🏽 So I can continue to sell the program and take care of my two littles through the week (ages 6 & 2). Should I make a coach portal on Kajabi? Clickup? Asana? Can anyone share with me the monthly rate they pay their coaches, tasks expected, etc. Not sure what the standard is on this and as you can tell, I'm feeling a little flighty on this. But, I expect to have this done by Jan 2024 ⚡️ Has anyone here hired a contracted co-coach? Any advice to share? To do and not to dos? ⤵️

@Mariah Coz Thanks Mariah! Already diving in and changing the branding to match mine for the workbooks 🫶🏽 I want a part-time co-coach. I don't care about the experience as much with coaching as I do with being coachable. So I can mold this person into the best aide for my program. I was just curious on what experiences people had to share

@Mariah Coz after finishing this Masterclass, I’m curious to the more minimalist approach on this with a part-time team. Similar to your minimalist marketing Masterclass. I’m a simple is more kinda gal & not interested in managing a 10+ employee operation
I’m thinking about moving to Skool from another platform and have some questions ❤️
Hiii! I’m very tempted to move my community from another platform to Skool. I’ve been dedicated to another platform for 4+ years but the leaderboard has sold me big time. I have a few questions I hope people using Skool already can help with. 1. Can I build my free community and also within a paid offer, have a private community within that? Or would they be counted as two plans? So two payments of the monthly investment? 2. Is there the option for people to buy courses within? Can that be disabled to purchase but still visible (as they are only sold by funnels or launches but want the awareness of it visible) and then granted access via a private link automated via email funnels? 3. Are there integrations that can add people to Skool from my external payment method (thrivecart) so I can sell my signature programs via funnels? 4. Does anyone know much about who owns Skool and the financial backing behind it? (I know this is deep but I’m serious about moving and this is important to me) I’m all for being an early adopter but am conscious of joining something that may fold so like to understand the history of the owners 5. If sales are made inside Skool, do they take a percentage? If so what is that? 6. If people rise in the leaderboard are the bonuses automatically unlocked? So no manual work? 7. What payment methods do Skool accept? Do they have stripe/PayPal or any shop now pay later methods? 8. Can you schedule posts? 9. Can automations remove people after certain time periods. Eg: if I have a 6 month container of a course, can they automatically go back into just the free community? 10. I do plan on running a trial which will answer some questions but keen to know your thoughts on any of the technical blocks you’ve found before I make this transition. I’m SO nervous but also feeling very inspired and motivated by what this could become. Thank you all.

@Tri Martin I'm in the same boat as you Trish! I've brainstormed all the names for my new community and possible membership but, the time and effort this will take... I may wait til the winter LOL I also had the same question about the free & paid group so it looks like having Monetize will give us a free platform to play around with, and then we'll pay for our high ticket paid group. Is that correct @Mariah Coz ?
