Day 4 - Water Fast
Today is my Kra-Da-Souls Day-Day of my birth. Giving thanks for Life and this Reset. My blood sugar is 72 this morning. So all that glucose my liver dumped yesterday day has been used up and most likely I am in ketosis, which means I am now burning fat instead of glucose. Bye bye belly fat ( at least some for now).
