Paid Ads tips needed!!!
So i have spent $3200 on paid ads to get leads for my own agency ( Residential painting niche), I have only made back $2800 from it. I have done it for the past 6 months (Obviously i paused the ads sometimes) I had $30/daily for the adset. Got a shit ton of leads but they were all extremely poor quality (Solo traders who just wanted free work or didn't have money to invest or didn't even speak english). I added 3 qualifiying questions in the instant form but kept getting the same kind of people. 1. Do you own a painting business? 2. Do you have any intentions of growing it? 3. Are you able to invest Money into marketing your business? These are my the current ads, Any suggestions on what i could change? Maybe put myself infront of the camera? or hire some dude to talk? any tips would be helpful

$100USD tests, $33 per day. If you don't have a good conversation with a potential customer then start again. Start with a different angle. Create 3x new ads, new text, etc.

@Yousuf Hashimi You should only have 1 dynamic ad per adgroup initially.

If we wanna talk outcomes, Jimmy and Cam have made me more money than any coach or coaching programme I've paid for. I've spent over $10kUSD so far on coaching and with Jimmy its only been 1/10th of that but the results have been amazing. I've already quit my job and work full time on my agency and am close to hitting that 10k/pm mark. Jimmy and team have been a huge help on this journey. I highly recommend doing whatever it takes to get them in your life.
Building a website for a client
Where to start and what is everything I need to consider in terms of costs and hosting platforms? Never built a website before so I am clueless where to start and what's involved in the entire process. Any advice or tutorial links would be extremelly helpful

If you're building a website for a client and you want it to work for SEO purposes then you'll want to do it right. I just learned how to do this over the last few months and when I launched my site within the first week my client was ranking in the map pack and first page of Google for his industry, the tangible results were that he was getting at least 1 call a day, a month later he's getting 2 with no additional work, just from the initial website alone. Here's what's important in order for the website: Speed -> Relevance -> Authority For the domain name choose a .com or domain that's most relevant for the location your targeting ( Authority + Relevance ) For the hosting, choose the fastest you can possibly afford. Rocket.net is the best, Hostinger, or Sitegrounds are fast and cheaper. I'd recommend building on wordpress as you'll be able to easily achieve speed, and the SEO requirements for relevance and authority. If you've got any more questions let me know.
Google Ads Questions
New Ad Account The Campaign Goal is Leads (lead form submissions) Im starting with 2 ad groups Hi guys, i have a couple questions about google ads: 1. Do i start campaign with maximize clicks first and then switch to conversions? If so, then after what period of time or after how many clicks should i switch? 2. What type of ad group should i start with? Standard / Dynamic? Would be nice to have the @Cameron Walker to answer as he's expert when it comes to google ads. Thanks in advance for all the advice!

Few questions first: What niche are you in? What website are you using for inspiration? As for the questions you asked. 1. Max clicks is a good place to start just keep in mind though that any of the bidding strategies could work, its all just dependent on the market and niche. Same with switching, for some markets and niche's just staying on max clicks might be the best strategy. If you can ask to have access or reports back on revenue as this is the most accurate indicator to your ads being successful, Google analytics don't mean much if your clients not getting good leads and making money. 2. Start with a standard ad group. If you've got the funds add a dynamic but for my biggest client they spend $18kUSD/pm on just Google Ads and are just using standard.
