Dealing with Breakups ➡️ Leveling Up
Breakups can hit hard, especially if you’ve put all your emotional energy into a relationship and lost touch with your social circle. But here’s the thing - if you’ve built a strong network outside of your relationship, bouncing back is way easier. MOA teaches us that breakups often happen when a man loses value in the eyes of his girl. That’s why it’s so important to stay on top of your game - physically, mentally, and socially. And when those tough emotions hit, use them to fuel your growth. Channel that energy into leveling up at the gym, your career, and your life. What’s your go-to way of bouncing back after a breakup ? for me, the end point for breakups is acceptance. once you accept, you can move on so the goal is to get to acceptance as quickly as possible to speed through or bypass all the negative emotions that come before it like hate, sadness, low self esteem etc. gym is by far one of the best therapies because it releases endorphins and builds mental strength as well as physical getting back into dating as soon as possible is another thing that helped me. many times after a breakup you may think 'i don't want anyone else but her'... so going on as many dates as possible to realise there are other women out there, as well as knowing you can feel emotions or a connection with someone else helps move to acceptance quicker and of course all the other things like focussing on career, having a great support system and ultimately using a breakup to create your next breakthrough
