๐ŸŒŸ Day 9 โ€“ No excuses, just progress!
โœ”๏ธ Started the day with a balanced breakfast: eggs, ham, avocado, and tomatoes โœ”๏ธ Lunch was bonza protein pasta with cheese, whipping cream, and chicken โ€“ super satisfying and high in protein โœ”๏ธ Drank 3.6L of water ๐Ÿ’ง โœ”๏ธ Took my collagen for skin and joint support โœ”๏ธ Did a 6-hour eating window (intermittent fasting) โœ”๏ธ Completed 100 squats ๐Ÿ’ช โœ”๏ธ Did cupping massage, dry brushing & oil โ€“ for drainage and smoother skinโœ”๏ธ ZERO sugar and no unhealthy snacking (just a banana between meals ๐ŸŒ) ๐Ÿ’ญ I didnโ€™t have the best day emotionally, but I stayed consistent. Thatโ€™s what really counts. Even on low-energy days, Iโ€™m building the habits that will shape the results. Progress over perfection โ€“ always.

๐ŸŒฟ Day 7 โ€“ Tennis, sugar, and a tiny bit of guilt (but justified!)
Started the day like a champ: eggs, bacon, spinach, avocado โ€“ yep, Iโ€™m serious about this fit life. Lunch? Packed with protein: Bonza protein pasta, cheese, chicken, and a touch of whipping cream because eating healthy doesnโ€™t have to be boring, okay? ๐Ÿ’ง Water intake: 5 liters โ€“ personal record! ๐Ÿงด Self-care game strong: dry brushing + cupping massage with oil. Cellulite, better run. ๐ŸŽพ 1 hour of tennis and 350 jump rope skips ๐Ÿฆ Nowโ€ฆ the sweet part. Ice cream. Around 50g of sugar. Yep, the most Iโ€™ve had so far. But technically that's the daily max recommended, soโ€ฆ still in the safe zone, right? โฐ Fasting? Not today. Tennis went on until late evening. The verdict? Not a perfect day, but an active, tasty, and conscious one. And if ice cream was my biggest โ€œsin,โ€ I think Iโ€™m still on the right track! ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽพ๐Ÿ’ช

Day 6: Clean Energy & First Visible Changes ๐ŸŒฑโœจ
โ€ข Green tea start ๐Ÿต โ€ข Dry brushing routine ๐Ÿชฅ โ€ข Eggs, ham & salad ๐Ÿฅ— | Chicken noodles, shrimp, edamame ๐Ÿค โ€ข 30 min tennis ๐ŸŽพ โ€ข 4.5 L water ๐Ÿ’ง (and it was not at all hard to drink it!!!) โ€ข Only sugar: coffee flavoring โ˜• โ€ข 8 h fasting ๐Ÿ”’ ๐Ÿ’ฅ First day I actually see a difference โ€” especially when sitting down, the cellulite is barely visible now. Small progress, big motivation. Let's keep going! ๐Ÿ’ช
