Hi AJ & SMART are there any current offerings for workshops?

Hello. I'll be conducting some sessions in my company to collect feedback from an event. I'll do it mid day and EOD. Do you have recommendations of a specific framework to follow to do it? So far I was thinking to prepopulate a mural with the customer journey and capture their feedback as it comes; then group the feedback in themes; Clarify as needed and then collect potential ways to resolve them. The main objective is to capture pain points for customers and employees and get input on what employees may need as a way to serve better customers. I'll also capture info on what's working. If you have another suggestion/tool/framework for a live feedback session; I'll appreciate your advice.
