Book: Surrounded by Idiots Where It Helps: Understanding yourself as a human being, and how to communicate with other people according to their behavior! But also a massive self improving book, as you need to face your true self. How it Helped: I was introduced to the DISC assessment, which is what the book is all about probably 6-7 years ago when I was a trainee at a big Danish clothing company in my interviewing process to see who and how I react to different scenarios. It is a big big eye opener for yourself, but also why you might sometimes think "Why is this dude so stupid and acts like a piece of shit", and most of the times, it is just because you don't know his human behavior or that it is conflicting with yours haha. Hey @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell, Here you go - I built it from your YT vids as well as I got some feedback for changes from Hunter from EG! It lowered the CPL quite a lot on my new ads, so highly appreciate the advice from both!

Same as Issa, but also some sort of framework around optimization on the ads, once you have been running them for some time. I just test new creatives, a new copy or new headline once per week. Not sure if once per week is too late or too early. So things like that and the "maintenance" of the clients ads would be highly appreciated
