Might sound like a stupid question But for agency owners doing over 10k/pm do you still believe that cold outreach is actually worth the time and hassle? My experience has always been that you'll attract curious leads, who want to find a way to shortcut success and are looking for a golden ticket offer with 101 guarantees, no work involved and free until they make 100k Maybe I was bad at sales and pitching, I don't know but keen to hear everyone's thoughts before I jump in and commit to 500 to see if it's still worth it Got some free time on my schedule now so just trying to stay smart

Hi guys, 1 month ago i made a post about fb permanently banning my personal acc, i lost all access to 8 clients i had active. I created a new BM using my sister's acc, bought a couple ARI accounts and added them as admins, and in the span of 9 days i gradually got back access to all clients assets. Everything went well for 2.5 weeks, then they banned the BM ;), and i didn't get Admin access to my clients assets, only partner access trough my BM. so guess what? lost access to all clients resources (11 clients), again. I bought a verified BM hoping this one will last longer, and i'm going to also get double admin access to all client's BM's, hoping this will keep me safe if an admin or the BM gets banned... we'll see Lesson: don't procrastinate on building a good fb setup, bc from talking with a lot of other people and doing some research and experiencing this my self, FB sometimes bans you with NO reason, and when it happens, it's not fun. so: 1. always have 2-3 admins with full access inside your main BM 2. always get full partner access, and full admin access to the clients BM (if possible add 2 admins). This way you'll be protected from most ban scenarios.

Is rank and rent something to consider in terms of service delivery other than paid ads for lead gen? Is it really as simple as people make it seem ?@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell @Cameron Walker

Hey everyone, I'm setting up my clients ad account and when I go to give myself (my agency) partner access it won't let me turn on the 'Leads' switch under the 'Pages' section, which I need in order to generate leads for them. We tried to fix this by going to 'Integrations' and giving me access there, but that didn't work. Has this happened to anyone before and how do I solve this? Thank you.

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell This is just becoming my new way of DM'ing Jimmy but doing it in the group so everyone can see Pixel seasoning! The idea of training your pixel to know what type of leads are good Am I right in saying that if I do let's say a conditional lead form that qualifies people on age (completely hypothetical scenario to make my point) where everyone over 50 is directed to a thank you page with a pixel and the viewers on this page are registered as leads. And everyone under 50 is directed to a seperate page The pixel will learn and start to show the ads to more people who are registering as leads or the same demographic and my results will get exponentially better? This sounds great. I'm just wondering is this something you or anyone is proactively doing? And if so does it come with any contingencies. General recommended minimum spend, certain number of qual q's etc Would this actually give me a noticeable increase in results in your opinion Thanks guys, keen to learn more if i can
