NEED HELP: My fb acc got permanently disabled
Hi guys, my personal fb acc just got permanently disabled out of the blue, trought the BM i created using it i had access to 8 client's BMs and ad accounts, i know i should've added a family member in there to protect it but i'm procrastinated and now it's too late. How do i proceed? should i create a new BM from a family's fb account and get access to all my clients BM's and ad accounts through there? if so can i just log in from the same device and connection or do i need a fingrprinting browser w/ a VPN? Any other routs i can go down? this is extremely URGENT, all my clients ads are spending but they all got disconnected from GHL and they will not receive any lead if i don't fix it. Thx

@Thure Sander You mean buying a FB aged account and use that to create the new BM? any places which provide good quality accounts for sale?

Would be great to know from what provider and how it is going, if it is running well or if he encountered any issues/suspensions using the bought account? I've heard about NPPR for aged farmed accounts with user agent and cookies. I've created a BM using my family's acc for now, but i don't want to use the family account as admin access for the client's BMs as i don't want it to get also suspended, my plan for now it to get full partner access to the client's BM's and resources for now so i can access their ad accounts again and reconnect GHL, but i will need an admin account to buy to use as main for the future.

@Marvin S Yeah i was also thinking of using it mainly to do daily check on B2C ads and to create tasks accordinglhy and find winning creatives/copy across the whole client portfolio. I created something similar using scheduled tasks with manus... never deployed clawdbot before, how's it in terms of credit consumption? and output quality?

Where to hire offshore cold callers?
What’s up gents! Quick question for those who’ve scaled outbound teams. We’re a Canada-based agency looking to hire offshore cold callers (Central / South America preferred for timezone alignment). I’ve heard of: -Facebook groups -Skool communities -Running paid ads Questions: -What platforms are you using to find solid outbound reps offshore? -Any good niche job boards or communities specific to LATAM? For those running paid ads to hire setters/callers: -What’s a good cost per application? -What’s a good cost per hire? -Are you optimizing for completed app or booked interview? -Do you run the ads to a application form or a lead form? i hire in italy so might be different but: - indeed ads are very good, cost per hire around 5-10€ (around 4 interviews x hire) - Fb ads are also good, we just started them so cant give you any metric yet, but they look good, around the same as indeed for now you can also post of FB/skool communities, just use a typeform and funnel everyone there so you can keep things organised, and add a vocaroo field in the form where they can submit an audio presentation, so you can immediately skim the bad ones and send good ones to 1-1/group interviews

DCT vs single ads
When do you use a DCT and when do you use multiple single creative ads inside an ad set? also, let's say you're running a DCT, you have a clear winner which is spending most of the budget, do you disable the ad set and create a new ad set with multiple variations of the winner and the winner itself as single ads? or do remove the underperformers from the DCT and add to that same DCT some variations of the winner?

How to turn off variations in a DCT?

also interested on this. also if you delete the underperformes do you then isolate the winner in a ad and allocate 75% of budget to him and run a new DCT to keep tests going with the other 25% of the budget or do you add new creatives to that DCT with the winner after deleting the underperformers? when is it reccomended to do a ABO ad set and put 4-5 ads with just 1 creative inside them vs a DCT with 5 creatives ?
