6 contributions to Commercial Real Estate 101
2026 it's a Re- Calibration Year
I just wanted to share a resume of my real estate analysis for the 2026 article I wrote on LinkedIn. For me, every year has a theme based on the year's forecast. For Example, 2025 was the Pivotal Change. Our 2026 real estate analysis is called " Re-calibration year." 2026 is not a crash year! After years of cheap money and noise, real estate is being forced back to fundamentals. Commercial real estate is not dying. It is being rewritten. Landlords are becoming operational to increase profitability. Tenant revenue is now tracked through data, not just rent checks. There is no more passive in real estate commercial. Creative financing is no longer a niche. Seller financing is in the news as a trend. The best real estate markets in 2026 are not just about growth. It is hyper-local. It is not about a city; it is about the right zip code. 2026 is the year of AI leverage. Compared to 2025 was the year of AI adoption. At Investahaus, we see 2026 as a year where structure beats speculation. Re-calibration favors those who understand structure, timing, and adaptability. 2026 is not about waiting. It is about positioning. Glad to read every comment. Share your best Zip Codes for 2026 ๐Ÿค‘

The REAL source of burnout ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Burnout isnโ€™t caused by working long hours. Itโ€™s caused by working on goals you donโ€™t believe in for people you donโ€™t like. Feeling drained? It might be time to reflect on why youโ€™re working, not just how much youโ€™re working. Are your goals aligned with your passions? Are you surrounded by people who inspire you? Whatโ€™s one change you can make to reignite your drive and passion in your work?

New Category 'I GOT A DEAL!"
Post deals that you have under contract. That means you have signed Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA). Whether you want to partner, wholesale, talk to investors, etc. You must have a signed PSA See image on which category to pick when posting deals
