Sales calls without camera on?
Hey guys I'm in a bit of a conundrum, I find myself in a position where I can't always sit down in front of the camera and conduct a sales call because of unpredictable interruptions that would seem awkward on camera. So I'm stuck wondering if any one has has some form of success closing prospects without having your camera on and just using your voice to communicate and do discovery/pitch/close. I'm in the real estate niche btw.

@Aaron Brewer It's pretty difficult to find one around me without costing an arm and a leg, plus I'm usually making dials late evenings till nights because of my time zone difference. I've built up a lotta momentum booking meetings and don't wanna stop. It's temporary though. If I may Aaron, on a scale of 1 - 10 how much would you say it could affect my close rate with the camera off? P.s I appreciate your quick reply, I don't know how you do it lol

Hi Guys, is anyone here not from the US, that has registered his/her agency as an llc without a social security number or ITIN? Im trying to get an EIN asap and it will take a while if you don't have SSN/ITIN. Looking to know how you guys have done it. Appreciate any help

Switching Niches...Kinda (Need Advice)
Hey guys, so this is a bit embarrassing to put out there, but I’m going to do it anyway. I’ve been in the real estate niche for a while now. I started cold calling a year ago, booked a couple of appointments, had some sales calls, and even closed two free trial clients… who kinda ended up ghosting even after getting them results. So nothing really solid, and the agency has no real cash flow at the moment. I hear it’s because agents hate paying for marketing upfront and prefer paying after a close. I got the advice to change niches if I actually want to start making money, but I’m a bit conflicted. Should I stick with what I’m familiar with and keep trying, or explore a different market as a beginner? I don’t want to feel like someone who backs out of a challenge, but at the same time, I don’t want my ego to be the thing that stops me from making progress. Has anyone else been in this position? What helped you get through it?

winning real estate ads?
For the guys who are in the real estate niche: What kind of ads are winning for you guys? Cuz I'm not getting good results using facebook ads for one of my real estate clients. The goal is to attract sellers using a free property evaluation. Average CPL is like €20 Thanks boys

Hey man it's my niche too and I sorta struggled with the last luxury client I had enough time to figure it out so here's a few things to note: 1. Focus your copy on their main pain points(home sitting and selling for a low price) 2. Use a lead magnet preferrably. Everyone is running property valuations and it's kinda a bit threatening offer. Not generic guides but one that's specific to what they want in the city(7 simple way to increase your home's value is a good one) 3. Important: Use landing pages and logic to filter out the kinda leads that come in so you can train meta to find you the best leads. It takes some time for the optimization to really kick in. This means adding qualifying questions to get the best leads else meta ends up sending you shiity leads.
