Looking to connect with other agency owners
Hey, I currently have 3 clients and I’m looking to connect with others who are also working with clients (agencies, freelancers, service providers, etc.). The goal is simple: share what’s working, what’s not, tips, strategies, and help each other grow. Not selling anything, just want to build a small circle of people who are actually in the game. If you’ve got clients and are open to exchanging ideas, drop a comment or DM.

Switching Niches...Kinda (Need Advice)
Hey guys, so this is a bit embarrassing to put out there, but I’m going to do it anyway. I’ve been in the real estate niche for a while now. I started cold calling a year ago, booked a couple of appointments, had some sales calls, and even closed two free trial clients… who kinda ended up ghosting even after getting them results. So nothing really solid, and the agency has no real cash flow at the moment. I hear it’s because agents hate paying for marketing upfront and prefer paying after a close. I got the advice to change niches if I actually want to start making money, but I’m a bit conflicted. Should I stick with what I’m familiar with and keep trying, or explore a different market as a beginner? I don’t want to feel like someone who backs out of a challenge, but at the same time, I don’t want my ego to be the thing that stops me from making progress. Has anyone else been in this position? What helped you get through it?

Good Appt Booking Rate - Bad Show Rate
So over the past 6 weeks, made about 1020 dials... and made 12 booked appts and from those only 4 showed... for these 6 weeks I was doing a intro calls and then demos after, my thought process was that these would be more higher quality prospects cause we would be building up repertoire after each call but that didn't work out [most of them didn't show]. This is obviously not nearly enough to gain traction in the market so new plan is to: - Increase the number of dials I do per day to 300 so even if they no show we are still ok appt wise. - Utillize appt reminders somehow, rather than doing them manually [What I was doing was giving then a call an hour before the appt... was also doing sms reminders the morning of but I stopped because I havent completed A2P 10DLC as yet for my numbers] - Stick solely to the 10 step framework on sales calls What I wanted to add on: - Aaron's end of call question asking them if they are certain they can make the call at X time, but by the time I get to that they already wanna get off the phone because they are on a Job Site. Changes I made today Monday March 23rd: - Today I fell short, made 225 dials [follow ups included] 7 appts scheduled and 2 follow ups that haven't converted as yet. I have no valid excuses of why I fell short, honestly I felt like I wasn't getting enough and doing enough and nothing would be enough, and I was mentally beat, especially hearing so many NOs... but I will push through it. @Aaron Brewer, what changes should I make to the status quo moving forward... any comments, concerns or death threats? Will this be enough to gain some traction THIS week, and the weeks after that, my goal Is 1 shown meeting per day.

@Aaron Brewer Cold calls, I was also thinking if it be logical to work for another agency to gain experience rather than winging it... sometimes it feels like you gotta pay to win

@Aaron Brewer got it, how do you find an agency thats looking to take on more people though? just post asking if there are any positions available? and im assuming i'll still be doing outbound for my "agency" while working for another agency? would they be ok with that?

Here Again... Hmm, Time Really Flies!
Hey everyone, It’s Catherine here! I’ve been a little quiet in the business channels lately. I had to take a step back and prioritize my family, especially since I had a newborn about 6 months ago. It’s been such a rewarding experience focusing more on them and my goals outside of social media. Can you believe we’re almost done with the first quarter of 2026 already? Time is moving fast! On the business side, there’s been a nice surge in income, and we’re definitely excited about doing even more this year. Enough about me, though! How has everything been on your end? Would love to hear what’s been going on with you all!
