0 passion, there is nothing that I truly want...
I have 0 passion for anything. I am not depressed. But whenever I think or have to think what I should do with my life (career wise but also on a personal level). There is nothing that I (even super hypothetically) truly want or truly desire... Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?

@Deepti Chauhan I can always appreciate some humor! I think my body and mind are also pushing me towards remembering my real self. Althought for me it manifests as getting to know god. And being able to start to have a little faith. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!

It's not rebellious to be an idiot, live 2000 years ago, covering yourself in goat shit and casting bones. There's so much utter nonsense on this sight that I'm afraid the idea of 'spirituality' is some kind of mind parasite for people with low IQs. I am rey is funneling you all into his payment system for courses which are a massive nothing burger because that's how he makes his bag. Off od gulable fools who believe any old shit someone says because they need to feel special instead of just the same as everyone else.

Top 5 ways to bring up past unprocessed emotion
My vid on this Want to know how to bring up your past unprocessed emotion, so you can heal from your past trauma’s, of so this is the post for you! Here are the top 5 ways: 1. Journal about it, this is the most common one, basically just journal about what ever specific past unhealed trauma it is you want to heal, it is that simple. 2. Think / visualise, this is the one I use the most personally, basically just rewatching the mental movie of the incident playing out again, and thinking / meditating deeply on it. 3. Write the story, similar to the journaling one, you can literally just write out the whole story of your trauma, this works best for significant unprocessed emotions, like of your whole life you had family trauma. 4. Video’s, this is a strange one, but it works, basically recording videos of yourself talking about your past trauma’s, that can really help to bring up the past emotion. 5. Talk about it, you do this only with a very trusted friend or family member, and make sure that you know they would be accepting and understanding of you break down crying and stuff. Hope this helped!
