Your business should fund your peace… not destroy your nervous system.
A calm nervous system... Usually an ignored goal or outcome of a business. Unfortunately, the opposite is usually true for entrepreneurs. Constantly stressed in fight or flight mode. Always scared of "losing it all." Lol that's been my default experience after 14 years of owning businesses. Primary emotions of fear and lack. I think the solution is two fold. 1. Managing thoughts. "taking every thought captive." Disciplining what we focus on inside. The word says "above all else guard your heart, for out of it flow the issues of life." That means above everything. The word puts "guarding your heart" as the highest priority in life. Which makes sense to me. The inner world is what we can most control compared to external circumstances. 2. Building your Freedom Business in a way that optimizes for a more calm nervous system. That's why I'm always looking for higher leverage systems to install in my business. From the way we advertise, sell, and deliver our solutions in business. Thats why I moved from one on one sales to one to many. It's why I love paid ads. Or YouTube. Digital products.... All great ways to tap into more leverage in business which ultimately should lead to a more Free Life. More margin and space to be. To have hobbies you enjoy. For me it's Pickleball. I play at 4-5 days a week and love it. Trips with the family. Business is inevitably stressful but it doesn't have to be all the time. I think you can get to a place where it's not predominantly stressful. I don't have that reality 100% but I'm definitely optimizing for it. That's the journey I'm on. Building my Freedom Business so I can live the Free Life. Been on it for 14 years and will continue to be on it the rest of life. I hope to continue to achieve some breakthroughs so I can share with everyone else what works for me. Lets get it!

The Real Reason Ads Feel So Stressful
Most people think their ads aren’t working. That’s usually not the real problem. The real problem is they don’t know their numbers. So everything becomes a guess. Guessing what’s broken. Guessing what to change. Guessing whether they should panic or “just give it more time.” That’s when business starts to feel exhausting. Every bad day feels personal. Every slow week feels like proof something’s wrong. When you know your numbers, all of that goes away. You stop reacting emotionally and start responding logically. A bad week becomes a data point, not a crisis. You can see exactly where things are leaking and fix that one thing. Some weeks are up. Some are down. That’s normal. It doesn’t mean anything by itself. Numbers give you perspective. Perspective gives you peace of mind. If you want growth without the constant stress, stop guessing. Start tracking.
The Real Reason Ads Feel So Stressful
"Discipline your disappointment"
"Discipline your disappointment" A key nugget I got from Tony Robbins live free event recently. Man this is huge. For me this pattern has eaten my lunch over the years. The shame of always feeling disappointed. Not being able to get out of the feeling and low energy because of it. Feeling like a victim and "why me" attitude. But he reframed it so well... "the only people that aren't disappointed ever aren't doing shit." The key is disciplining your disappointment and not letting it stop your drive and vision for the future. And that brings it all back to state. State of mind and state of being. Prayer, meditating on the word, moving your body. The simple foundational habits that make a world of difference. Thats what it means to discipline your disappointment to me. To take the word of Truth to the circumstance and choose to trust once again. Even when everything around you tells you the opposite of what you have been hoping for. "Gotta have high high hopes for a livin" Love that song! Let's get our hopes up again. It's what makes us alive. What's the alternative? Live in self protection, cynical, dead inside?

A quick update on Freedom Creators and what I’ve been building
A little update on Freedom Creators. I put content creation on hold for a bit as I focused my energy and time on building GLP-1 Launch. This business is an expression of my mission to help entrepreneurs build their Freedom Business so they can live their Free Life. I started it last summer and we focus on providing wellness professionals access to GLPs and peptides for their clients. You can learn more about that here: https://glp1launch.com/master I’ve learned a ton of lessons over the last 6 months about building a Freedom Business, and I plan on sharing the journey more often here via email. Through paid ads alone, I’ve been able to get this business up to about 20k a month in MRR off a $297/month product. I’ve also realized I don’t need to fit the mold like everyone says. I like having multiple projects to work on that excite me. Life is too short to live by someone else’s rules. For example, I have another product called The AI Setter. It’s a voice AI assistant that calls all my leads and schedules appointments for me. Because I spend over $300/day on ads right now, I desperately need a setter to work my leads. So instead of hiring a human setter, I found some technology I could use to set up a Voice AI assistant. It’s been a game changer for leverage and effectiveness. Just in January, it scheduled me 61 appointments for my masterclass funnel. So I now provide this as a solution to other entrepreneurs too. Just like most things, I like to be a product of the product before offering it to others. You can learn more about that here: https://the-ai-setter.com/demo Anyhow, much more to come. Hope y’all are building and enjoying your life. Adam Luckey
If you want to stop doing 1-1 sales calls and don't want to build a sales team this is for you.
First off I think 1-1 sales calls is the way to go when you start a new business. I started GLP-1 Launch over the summer this year and started off with some good ol ads to book a call. I think this is the best way to get things rolling instead of trying to find more "leverage" in the sales process. It can suck and it's a grind. But I did that for about 4 months straight. I got a ton of feedback and was able to refine my offer. Feedback meaning I was able to understand more what people really wanted. I also found out what price points make sense for me and the market. So I gathered a ton of data and information to help create a more scalable sales process. I knew I wasn't going to continue doing 1-1 sales calls forever. But I didn't know exactly what my escape plan was yet. I was doing some low ticket funnels and will definitely go to that again soon. But I just knew my constraints. I'm not hiring a sales team no sir. Ain't got time for all that non sense. Not for me. After bout 4 months of taking calls I bout had my limit. Going through the same conversation over and over is exhausting. Having my calendar filled up is just painful to my soul. I hate having scheduled things on my calendar. Absolutely hate it. I love the freedom a minimally packed schedule can bring. Long story short I ended up transitioning to more one to many sales. I always say you should have a hypothesis and go test that shit. My hypothesis was that "if I can just maintain the same show and close rate but only sell two hours a week then I would be the happiest man alive." So I came up with what I now call a Masterclass Funnel. I used a vsl landing page to sell people on hopping on my Masterclass. I was definitely surprised to find out that indeed I was able to maintain a decent show rate and the same close rate... All while only having two "sales calls" per week instead of having 6-7 booked calls per day. Ecstatic to say the least. So now I just have two Masterclass sessions per week and I'm able to fill each one with about 20-30 booked calls. With an average 38% show rate so far.
