How I get 5-10 leads/day without ads or posting new content
Marketing is all about having as many "poles in the water" as possible. This tactic is one you might want to implement in your marketing plan. This is for you if: -You don't have a big audience -You are tired of posting content every day without seeing any results -Want a scalable way to get leads organically without paid ads -Want to start more conversations with ideal prospects without being sleazy in the DM's Here's a link to the tool I mention in the video: https://fwc.li/af207

I was hitting 40k months and still felt like a slave
I remember the day everything changed in my agency. I saw a post from a mentor and he said he had 0% business stress. I knew him well enough to know he wasn’t lying. Years ago he transitioned his agency model to a coaching model. I was hesitant to change my model. I felt like a was a little pansy If I gave up now. I was hitting 40k months and on the path to scale to 100k/month. That day everything changed though. Something broke inside of me. I was so angry that someone could say they were hitting 130k/months with 0% business stress. It went against everything I was experiencing. Constant stress. Feeling like I had 40 bosses not 40 clients. Difficulties scaling because every time I brought on an additional 5-10 clients I had to hire more people. Then there’s the stress of managing the new people I hired. Constant back and forth on slack and zoom calls. After 5 years of this stuff I had enough. What ultimately did it for me was when my kids kept calling me “cranky daddy.” I wasn’t showing up as the Dad I wanted to be. Instead of being kind and present with them I was short and dismissive. At the end of my days I had nothing left to give them but my leftovers. I thought it would just be a short season of this but the more I tried to scale the more this reality was prolonged. Something had to change. After all I was building a business to bring freedom not slavery. Yet I felt like a slave. But God is good and always provides a way of escape. I eventually hired that mentor and followed his path to launching a coaching offer. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in business. I feel more alive doing work I love. I work with clients that aren’t codependent. Meaning they don’t outsource the success of their business to me and my team. They understand that success is ultimately their responsibility. They just need the guidance and tools to get there. These clients show respect and value our coaching relationship. Stress levels are nowhere near what they were.

Be careful who you choose as mentors
Whether you know it or not you will take on their values. When I started my online marketing agency back in 2019 I worked with a mentor for almost a year. It was great. For a season... He helped me get things rolling. Taught me the business model and helped me with sales. But at some point I started to become aware of my behavior. I was constantly anxious. I felt like I was stuck in 100% hustle mode. Sure enough that's how my mentor lived his life. That's what he valued. Very Grant Cardone style. That's cool if that's you. But it's not me. The Kingdom of God is peace not anxiety. I realized later that I was "yoked" to the mentor I was paying. When you are yoked to someone that means you are pulled in the same direction. You adopt their vision for life. “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked (aka worldly wisdom), nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.” Psalm 1:1
