Remember this DUA: Dua => رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ Translation => اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا، اور اگر تو ہمیں نہ بخشے اور ہم پر رحم نہ فرمائے تو ہم یقیناً نقصان اٹھانے والوں میں سے ہو جائیں گے۔ 1. Taking full ownership or control without blaming others, this turns failure into growth and gives you clarity, control, and confidence. 2. Think about what you did wrong in the situation, rather than blaming others. that way you'll build healthy relationship with family relatives friends seniors boss. 3. You'll get a peaceful mind and that also improves health overall cause productive life.

Rule of Thumb ==> "Spend time alone with yourself without any distractions (phone, social media, etc...)" Talk to Allah ==> "When you are alone, talk to Allah as He is your closest friend" Talk to yourself ==> "Remind yourself of your past successes, if you could do that, you can do this too" Start Journaling ==> "Create a second mind for clarity"

Write Journal: - To remove clutter from mind - Be mindful what you are thinking - writing each and every thing in your journal: - Feelings - Thoughts - Emotions Practice Thinking Thoughts: - Think what you are thinking (like don't think negatively) - If you think negative then you feel the pain on the spot even if it is never happen Power of Repetitions: - Repetition mindfully - Like Saying SubhanAllah 33x but understand why we are saying this - Same you can use powerful lines or mantras like "I am super strong, Allah built me so powerful etc..." How to leave Addictions: - Write and Ask yourself PROS and CONS - PROS (What Happens When I Leave this or that Addiction) - CONS (What Happens When I Contineu this or that Addiction) - Feel the result that never happened or may happen to you (Addiction totally ruin you) - Be 100% Responsible for everything happen to you never blame How to Be Productive: - Focus on one thing at a time - Turn one task into small chunks or blocks and solve one block at a time - Remove distractions stay productive by fully focus by removing unnesscary tasks like No Social Media - Place Phone screen on the table so you can't see notifications - Use Dark Energy: - I take people’s criticism and turn it into dark energy. That dark energy becomes fuel. It makes me work harder, push further, and become unstoppable.
