Write Journal:
- To remove clutter from mind
- Be mindful what you are thinking
- writing each and every thing in your journal:
- Feelings
- Thoughts
- Emotions
Practice Thinking Thoughts:
- Think what you are thinking (like don't think negatively)
- If you think negative then you feel the pain on the spot even if it is never happen
Power of Repetitions:
- Repetition mindfully
- Like Saying SubhanAllah 33x but understand why we are saying this
- Same you can use powerful lines or mantras like "I am super strong, Allah built me so powerful etc..."
How to leave Addictions:
- Write and Ask yourself PROS and CONS
- PROS (What Happens When I Leave this or that Addiction)
- CONS (What Happens When I Contineu this or that Addiction)
- Feel the result that never happened or may happen to you (Addiction totally ruin you)
- Be 100% Responsible for everything happen to you never blame
How to Be Productive:
- Focus on one thing at a time
- Turn one task into small chunks or blocks and solve one block at a time
- Remove distractions stay productive by fully focus by removing unnesscary tasks like No Social Media
- Place Phone screen on the table so you can't see notifications
- Use Dark Energy:
- I take people’s criticism and turn it into dark energy. That dark energy becomes fuel. It makes me work harder, push further, and become unstoppable. (David Goggins)
- Feel the deadline before the deadline and work for it (parents lifespan, broke life, relationship problems)
