Great! I love that you have a call to action button at the top. I will say it took me a moment to notice it. Right under that I'd add your form for them to fill out. It's short and sweet, so it won't take up too much room. I like the flow it has. Add another call to action button further down, too. I have the same Google reviews add-on on my site. I like that it floats with the page. Mine was created by Jobber, it was none of my own doing. I had a Wix page, but I never really loved it.

@Justin Suchar There’s a lot you can do with it, like dynamic displays and stuff, but I just didn’t have the time to dig into it. I also realized my eye for it wasn’t as good as I thought. I paid someone to build a website for me before, but it was way off, and reworking it ended up being expensive. This is definitely an area where a quality web designer helps.
One line changes everything
So I’ve realized and learned that one line is all it takes majority of the time to sell a job and I will now be using it every time. That one line is I am the most expensive and I am gonna take the longest but it’ll be done right guaranteed.

It feels confident, and you're sticking by your pricing. I used a similar line the other day. I told a property management company that I did not negotiate pricing. I told them they would probably find another handyman cheaper who could run down and slap a doorknob on for them, but I was the highest-rated handyman in the area. They called back the next day, asking me to do the job.
Marketing Design Recommendations
I’m looking for recommendations on good places to get marketing design work done (brochures, flyers, literature, etc.). I recently tried working with a graphic designer/marketer from one of my networking groups. Her initial pricing was $300–$500 per design, which I agreed to. I then spent about an hour filling out a detailed brief explaining our company, goals, branding, and direction, followed by providing all images and draft text. I’m not a graphic designer—I just know what I like and don’t like. I expected the designer to take that information and turn it into something visually balanced and professional. Instead, I was told the text was “too much,” even though I clarified it was source content, not final copy. The first draft I received was honestly very poor and didn’t align with our brand at all. When I asked for revisions (most of the design needed changes), I was told it would cost an additional $175. There were no revision rounds included in the original price. Every designer I’ve worked with in the past has included at least 2–3 rounds of edits, so I ultimately canceled the project and was out the upfront cost. Now I’m looking for a better approach. I’ve used Hatch Wise and 99 Designs in the past for design contests—typically $300–$400—and you get dozens of designers submitting concepts, which I actually like. I’ve also heard Fiverr, and possibly places like Upwork or ClickUp or similar platforms, but I’d love real-world feedback. If anyone has had a good experience with a designer or platform, I’d really appreciate the recommendation. We’re expanding into commercial service and maintenance this year and want: - A professional brochure for that offering - A simple, clean warranty flyer to include in our presentation folders - And a few other updates to our flyers/brochures Nothing flashy—just polished, professional, and clearly better than what most competitors are handing out. Hats off to you that this is something you have contracted out. I'm the same as you that I know what I like and what I don't like. Honestly I'm still in the wheel of using canva, AI platforms, and Vistaprint. Better worth my time and money to do it myself. Again maybe this is one of those areas I need to be replacing myself. I know I need to learn to hand off areas of my business and not expect it to be exactly how I wanted. So long as you can pay someone to do something and they do it 80% as well as you can, it's good enough. I can't remember where I heard that from.
Collaboration Is How the Industry Moves Forward
The next phase of the handyman industry won't be defined by who works the hardest. It will be defined by who: - Shares knowledge - Builds together - Reduces dependency on any one person - And creates businesses that can last beyond the founder Collaboration isn't a weakness. It's how fragmented industries mature.

"Reduces dependency on any one person" I think Hermozi calls it removing the constraint. Or Key man risk. As for "And creates businesses that can last beyond the founder", it'd be awesome for my business to be able to outlive me even if my kids don't want any part of it.
