Beautiful Xmas eve ride in the sunshine. 2 hrs zone 2 with a few sprints thrown in to keep it interesting. Happy Christmas all 👊

I squeezed in a group ride before leaving Girona. 3hrs. I’m in transit home today, so may be a little slow to respond. If you haven’t already can you make sure your training availability is correct for the coming (Christmas) week. I’ll be building out plans tomorrow
