Group Chat
I have a few CA people who are looking for an accountability partner and I would love to help them - is it possible to do a group chat with a few people??

@Zahida A Khan It was requested in May 2022 - almost 2 yrs ago. It's in their request list.

Just realized, you requested it in Oct 2020 :P Apologies
How many DM's does an "innocent" person send in 1-week?
Imagine you're a member of some groups (not the owner or admin). Somebody "innocent", not somebody trying to sell people stuff... How many new people would you start a DM conversation with in 1-week?

@Sean Mize My feeling is that Sam is getting input from members. But the problem isn't group admins. At least not in my eyes. It's the spammers. Most admins don't do that.

@Sean Mize Agree. Great suggestion
Crystal Ball: I See Dumb People
******* EDIT: Some people ENTIRELY missed the point of this post and obviously reported it to admins, who turned off commenting. I REPEAT: the dumb people are the spammers, not the people learning interactions. Since Skool will never have a "crystal ball" feature (short of enforcing neural implants for all members), this is not so much a product feedback post as it is a member protocol feedback post. Simple: If you want a legitimate chat with someone, get to the point immediately. If you make the mistake of DMing me on Skool (or wherever) with "Hi Raj," I AM GOING TO ASSUME YOU'RE A DUMB SPAMMMER and block you IMMEDIATELY. So if you're legit (not trying to pitch me without getting to know me), start with more than "Hi potential-sale/victim." Spammers always show their hand eventually. You are not fooling anyone. Stop wasting everyone's time on Skool. But I do have a crystal ball and I predict... Skool is going to have exponentially increasing amounts of vultures... I mean spammers. Already has. If you're not a spammer, do your part and shame these dumbkopfs. Or at least report them.

@Jade Jemma Shaming? Not even close. I think you have missed the entire point of my post: If you're legit, be better at starting the conversation. Hardly shaming. It's unfortunately one of few ways to fight back against silly spammers who think they're being clever by saying the least, in the initial DM.

@Zahida A Khan This isn't a feature request per se. It's a protocol suggestion for legit parties who DM: be better at initiating a conversation.
Calendar šŸ“…
Can you only have certain members of your community access the links to a calendar event, but still show the events to everyone in the community (just showing as a certain tier having access)?

I asked for something similar in late 2022. If I recall, the response was that it wasn't a priority. But I ditched my Skool group back then and have not checked - so I could be mistaken
New feature: "Referrals" ā€” Earn 40% recurring by referring Skool
Now you can earn 40% of monthly recurring revenue by referring people to Skool. Refer 3 people and Skool becomes an income stream, not a cost. Watch the video below to see how it works. How to refer people: Go to "User settings" --> "Referrals" tab --> Copy/paste your referral link --> Done! Note: You can only refer people if you've got a paid group on Skool. Check it out and let us know what you think? šŸ’°šŸ’°šŸ’°

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Oh, even better. Thanks!!

@Noah Evans Yeah. The payout is 40% of whatever the referral is paying. So unfortunately zero. Not sure, though, if pymts would restart if the referral comes back later (using the same email address).
