New feature: "Referrals" — Earn 40% recurring by referring Skool

Now you can earn 40% of monthly recurring revenue by referring people to Skool. Refer 3 people and Skool becomes an income stream, not a cost. Watch the video below to see how it works.

How to refer people: Go to "User settings" --> "Referrals" tab --> Copy/paste your referral link --> Done! Note: You can only refer people if you've got a paid group on Skool.

Check it out and let us know what you think? 💰💰💰

Cool! I don't see this referrals tab on mobile view yet though...

@Ted Carr - It should be there in USER settings! - like this.

@Ted Carr on mobile, go to settings then swipe the top menu left and at the end you will see the link for Referrals.

So Cool they added this, smart move @Sam Ovens

Any plans to have an affiliate program for other members (e.g., those not having their own community, but who are paid members of one)?

@Raj Dash maybe later, but for now this is a customer only feature.

Great to see this! This is AMAAAZING!

@Sam Ovens Does it also track from within our communities if they click on the option to create their own group?

@Andrew Neumann not at the moment, but somebody suggested that to me the other day. I think it's a good idea. We'll probably add that update soon.

Awesome! Thank you :)

Love this addition. Any plans or ideas on how we can duplicate this idea in our own community for our clients? In other words, encourage our clients to refer others through an affiliate program and track through skool?

Here’s what I think @Sam Ovens 😍

Thanks, this new feature arrived just at the right time. I assume those we have already referred don’t count?

@Danny Mallinder any referrals before this feature release aren't counted. We can't retroactively attribute conversions.

Thank You! I love promoting tools that I ACTUALLY like and use. I appreciate the improvements and additions you guys are adding in, not just from your roadmap but also from user feedback. 🤜🤛

This is awesome Sam! Thank you!

I think this is awesome. People who actually use it love it.

Mobile takes a little getting used to but the more you are plugged in, the easier it is.

3

@Sam Ovens I would almost prefer receiving 20% if it means people I refer also get 20% off. Or at least a 30/10 split

I liked how with the CA the person received $500 off & the affiliate received $500

Maybe an option to choose either commission structure?

@Taylor Benterud agreed. Or at least a free month or two.

40% comission is great and I'm gratefull for that, but maybe people who use our affiliate links should get 1 or 2 months free trial (like @Ted Carr said) instead of 14 days free trial, so they have a real advantage and a reason to use our link.

@Taylor Benterud @Raj Dash in my opinion, letting us choose the comission structure make the product more complicated, @Sam Ovens don't want that, and it's not essential

@Dorian Vida How complicated are two options? At any rate, I'd prefer the 40% as well. I can always offer participants a reward on my own.
