Just got to the part of my assessment where I realized the word "lazy" I keep using on myself was never even mine to begin with. Turns out the same person who calls herself lazy once spent four straight days deep in focus, organizing an entire garage spotless. Both can't be true. Finding out which one actually is.

Overwhelmed but still hopeful
Feeling overwhelmed by the many things I need to do. On the positive side, the voice telling me I am ok and don’t need to put myself down keeps me hopeful. It is becoming part of my new mindset. That’s a win 🥇

I completed day 3 of the ADHD Focus Reset
My mood today: 8 My focus score today: 7 Reflection on body doubling: Great to set aside thr time and focus on ONE thing, instead if remembering something and jumping to check on it. Remembering, jumping. Rinse and repeat and never finishing that one thing. Optional reflection/win: Got a LOT of the stack of loose paper put into labeled file folders today. Still more paper to put in the files, but tackling another stack before class today. May not sound like it, tbough it is BIG #wins! You can make a post in #wins 16

2 big Roacks achieved today 💪
Hello all ! I missed the live session yesterday about Body Doubling but I watched the replay and it boosted me to finish my application form to a professional coaching school ! This was my main big rock for this week. And Also I wanted to start a new habit of going swimming and I went 3 times although yesterday’s swim is the one that counts as I really had an oppotunity to swim quite a few lengths which produced good dopamine after the « pain ». Also surprisingly I managed to quit smoking since Saturday without any effort. It’s obvious that something happened in my mind and my anxiety level has lowered a lot. My fears come back at times, but I listed all the wins I had since I started my burnout at work and I realize I made a lot of progress. Thanks @Jim Ebbelaar and the team !

Just completed all 5 sections of the Awakening Assessment, and here's what hit me: the same instinct that makes me lose track of time fixing anything broken is the exact instinct pulling me toward people the world gave up on. Turns out I don't just fix cars. I help people see their own worth.
