Day 4 Done ✅
Day 4 Done! My lowest Harmony dimension: emotional health. Doing the three questions in the AI ADHD assessment is really driving home the fact that I’ve been trying to build on a crumbling foundation for decades. And I recognize that I really need to work on building myself back up and healing the wounds that have occurred over all this time. If Anybody else feels constantly empty, and flat, despite trying so hard to improve their lives I would recommend having a look at your foundation. And yes. If you are dealing with depression and need medical help, that’s one thing and please do that - but I’ve done all that and still been facing it to this day. I feel like I have never unearthed the root cause, and finally I’m starting to get to the root cause after a lifetime feeling this way. Wind-down pattern I noticed: I always thought I had insomnia, but I think what I have had is a severe case of revenge bedtime procrastination. Morning pattern I noticed: since taking the first five day challenge, I have improved my morning routine by having the non-negotiable of no phone for the first 30 minutes and my coffee. I also make sure I open the curtains in my room as well. I’ve started to add in meditation or any positive audio I can listen to. I find this takes the pressure off having to get up right away and do all the things I don’t really wanna do. Helps to set a good tone for the day. It’s not a miracle, but it’s better than it has been. I’m working on trying to get outside for a walk or movement My open loop: decided to close itself. I broke down my open loop into small tasks. Wrote it down scheduled a time for it. It was around having a phone call with my Son to grow connection. And it’s been one of those things that has been going on for months and we both have ADHD. Well wouldn’t you know it - I woke up to a text from him this morning telling me he had time to talk today, which incidentally I had scheduled for today thinking we might have to reschedule. So that darn loop got closed as well.

@Cate S Yes lovely, keep holding on and you're doing amazing. 🤗
🚨 TODAY EVERYTHING CHANGES (or nothing does)
TODAY. 6PM CEST. Even if you didn't finish the challenge: show up. Even if you missed a day or two: show up. Even if you're not sure what to expect: show up. We're going live for the finale, most important session of the entire challenge. Here's what I need you to understand: You have two options: Option A: Keep running the same loop you’ve been in for years. New apps, new planners, new “fresh starts”… same crash. Telling yourself “this year will be different” without anything in your environment actually changing. Option B: Show up tomorrow with a real plan. A plan built for YOUR ADHD brain. With a community of people who actually get it, and the chance to build an operating system that finally works with you instead of against you. Tomorrow, you choose. - I’ll give away the new and improved Harmony blueprint. - I’ll open the doors to my 6-week live implementation program. - And yes, there's $2,000 in prizes. 🗓️ Add to calendar NOW: https://www.skool.com/adhd/calendar?eid=98e07cd8498742339830a0a2cd715ed0 Set reminders. Morning, 1 hour before, 15 minutes before. 🔥 Whether you joined us live or missed the challenge entirely check out the video attached. In just 5 minutes, relive some of the most powerful Q&A moments, breakthroughs, and real conversations from the challenge. 💛 Jim P.S. The people who show up live get first dibs for a spot in our 6 week program and first access to our new blueprint. Comment "REINVENT" if you're showing up 🫡

@Cate S YESSS! 😂 Keep going!
Procrastinating with purpose 🤦
I did typical behavior of leaving ADHD 5 days challenge to last minute. I got 2 days done, but I keep procrastinating with purpose. Instead of catching up on my 5 day challenge yesturday I laid in bed unsubscribing things I don't use and some I actually pay for. Helped a friend go get groceries. That lead me to grabbing things to use up veggies before they go bad. decided to make soup when I got home instead of working on classes. Finished everything prep to cook to freezer by 2am. I made 2 different soups to freeze for quick meals later, which you can't quit in the middle of soup making. But also found out I only had 2 working elements and the 2 that work were too close to eachother to both use a pot. So single element all night. Used every big bowl I had. Thankfully I did dishes as I used them or I would have kitchen of dishes I didn't want to wash today. Then wrote an email letter nominating my dr.for a Women distinction award that is also due this morning. Because I was up late, I slept in and Missed a doc appt so kicking myself in the ass for that. But awesome now I have all day to work on ADHD class... But again this morning procrastination with purpose. Instead of doing catch up I took dog out and played in the yard during brief break of rain today. Then circled aimless thinking about ADHD course or breakfast. Nope drank a boost so I don't waste time. Then looking for shirt to wear instead of just boxers which lead me to putting away clean clothes and now I'm folding towels and messaging about how I'm not doing what I want to do but atleast orher things I was putting off are getting done instead. So it's a win in a round abouts way but loss because it's not what needed in the moment to be done today.

@Drake Phoenix Strong You got SO many important things done, just… not the exact thing you planned🤭
Diagnosis
Hi Everyone, I am not diagnosed and see myself in a lot of people's experience. I have quite a lot of emotional resistance to pursuing a diagnosis and am wondering if other people have experienced that? The evidence is there and intellectually it makes sense, so my resistance must be emotional. I am unsure if I need to tell myself a new story of what a diagnosis means about me, or if I need to reframe what an ADHD brain is......some of column A and B. I am also unsure what the purpose of a diagnosis would be for me.

@Bonnie Cleland Whether you get diagnosed or not you can heal! It's better to have a great realization in life🤗
Final Assessment
#WINS - DAY 5 Final Assessment What an incredible deep dive into the inner workings of my mind. Like a lot of us here I have done lots of research in books and youtubes looking for answers and hacks to live a fulfilling and rewarding life. Got a very detailed report that explains a lot about how my life has panned out. It is very eye opening.....and gives another deeper level to what I already thought I knew. Gives me a clear insight and best next steps. Great work Jim.....very impressed with the whole setup and challenge. Thank you !!
