CDOD Response on the One-Sentence Offer!
I'm going through the self-paced CDOD training and after sending a core rehabilitation specialist the five original email follow ups I hit her with the One-Sentence offer and got a response! She laid out objections in the reply (which I know is a good thing). I want to make sure I'm "listening" to her so the customized Loom will handle the objections. First, here's the email I sent and then her reply: ********************************************* Subject: Offer for COMPANY NAME Hi Kelly, I’ve got a super fun way to upgrade your free COMPANY NAME members to paid members. Here's the offer: For every $10,000 I send in sales shoot over $2500 to me AFTER the money is in your bank account. I’m only looking for abundant-minded partners. I’ve put more deets and examples in a Loom vid, would it make any sense to send it? A quick "yes" or "no" is cool. - Chad Boswell P.S. I've been through your PROGRAM NAME and healed my diastasis recti back in 2024. You may have me as Daniel Boswell in your system. Her response: Hi there, I receive about 5 of these emails daily and I mostly ignore them. Since you've completed my program, you likely understand my approach better than a stranger. I am very careful about how I market. I never want to exploit people's desperation and I want to keep the messaging professional. I am willing to hear more from you. I would love to reach more people. Let me know the next step. ********************************************* So here's what I'm "hearing"... She gets hit up for marketing services daily and has ignored them. She responded to my email because I've gone through her program and gotten results. So there is some level of trust that I understand her approach to helping people. Her identity is wrapped around being professional at all times and she doesn't want to get a reputation for exploiting people's desperation just for more sales. She's open to hearing more but hesitant. She knows she's not reaching enough people and if she doesn't feel like its a scam, its giving her some hope that she can grow her membership ethically and honestly.

@Honey Syed @Chad Boswell also on the "exploit desperation" objection - make her aware of how many lurkers a fun auction tends to draw out. People who may NEVER get themselves going and who NEEDS an event like this to get started. People who may have had the problem for loong, been on her list for months or years - they'll bid and buy a lower ticket version and actually get started solving their problem... which may never happen otherwise
WhatsApp for auctions
Had a call with a WhatsApp marketer who was curious about running auctions in WhatsApp groups. I told him about the reasons we like Skool and he believed those same dynamics could work in WhatsApp - including the DM'ing. I could see a setup through GHL, chatting with bidders as it works the same as SMS. Potentially with AI. Anyone had hands on experience running an auction in a WhatsApp group?

@John Bejakovic yes the incognito mode problem makes sense. Won't be a problem on WhatsApp though. Might be the same for the sketchiness thing. I think Telegram is great for some things, but those same things makes it easy to (mis)use too.

@John Bejakovic the DM'ing part makes sense. Will be interesting, how long it'll be before that's primarily AI. Thnx 🤘
A Sals Bro Bites Again
Ronin are needed more than ever. The attached pic is a text message my son received. A big sales “guru” wants to hire him for video editing but demanded my son move to Arizona. When my son declined…the “closer” in the guru kicked in. 😂 How many people feel good after buying from that guy? What they never mention are the charge backs or how many customers make a second purchase. We know the answer. And we have the advantage.

Wow - why didn't he jump on it!? He basically said he works for that Eric guy for free because he just looves it.. so he must be a stand up guy? I don't get it
(AUCTION) Best Platform for big LinkedIn influencer
So, tonight, unfortunately I won't be able to join the AMA because I have a call at the same time with a guy with 82k connections on LinkedIn. We will be scheduling my first auction so it's really exciting. Me and him have already talked about eventually moving people over to Skool to do this but I'm thinking that if we do that, if the transfer doesn't work and we only have 50 people to start the auction with, it's going to bomb massively, despite the huge potential and I know that someone is doing these things directly on their public profile. The guy constantly has 300 comments on his posts and they're just reposted stuff so I'm thinking that if we do a public auction it could get at least 100 people to get the ball rolling and then it's just a matter of commenting and increasing the engagement as much as possible and it could become a huge thing eventually. The main issue on LinkedIn is that I'm not sure I'll be able to message 100 people or more after the auction without being blocked. How do you do this? My idea would be to then send them to Skool AFTER they purchase as one of the things we're selling is a free membership (for a paid tier) so it makes sense to send them to the platform afterwards but not before, right?

@Marcello Costante happy to jam on this. I'm in the middle of one with a 60K LI creator, pulling people into a pop-up Skool. Could likely tell you a few things to do/not. I'd say it's very interesting to see these polished LinkedIn profiles as they pop into a closed community. Feel free to DM me
It ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
I cranked in a couple leads this morning with my G.F. One of my follow-ups is: dumb idea? His response: "kinda?" 😆 I had a very fun response back... But... Before I show ya... How would YOU respond? 👇👇
