SubhanAllah, we’ve reached the 20th day of Ramadan already. ⏳ By now, you’ve shown real patience, discipline, and effort — waking up for sehri, fasting through long days, and trying to make better choices. 💪 The last 10 days are about to begin — the most blessed part of Ramadan. It’s a beautiful chance to finish stronger than we started. ✨💪 Keep your intentions pure, your habits mindful, and your effort consistent. @Hadia Saif my protein is super good in sehri 1 shami kabab 3 small Desi egg omelete half roti small cup of yogurt Due to cough and flu now I am not taking yogurt otherwise the rest of the meal is same
Day 20 – Ramadan Log 🌙💪
Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, 2–3 rotis, 3 sandwiches (shami stuffed), 1 cup chai, and lots of water 💧 Iftar: Chicken + vegetables mixed chaat, Fruit chaat, 2 dates. Then had black coffee ☕ and went for gym. Post-workout: 2 sandwiches (was still a little hungry), 2 scoops Anabolic Mass, and finished some leftover Iftar as well. Now just maintaining water intake. Overall simple day, but consistent. Today’s Lesson I heard a line today that really made sense: “You can’t learn swimming without getting into water.” And you can’t learn cooking just by watching cooking videos. Reading about something and actually doing it are two completely different things. You can watch 100 gym videos… but muscles only grow when you lift the weight. You can watch business podcasts all day… but results only come when you execute. Knowledge is everywhere today. Execution is rare. So sometimes the best advice is simple: Just start. Just try. Just do it. Because progress comes from action, not information.

So weight on day 1...is 75.2kgs(can't take pic of that) Slowly doing efforts ..with the help of kickstart I adopted a lot of good n healthy habbits. Then I learnt about "consistentency" Which now becomes the key to my weight loss success So on day 62 I am 68.4kgs... A total of 6.8kgs lost in 62 days (wow)yha pa story khtam ni hote abi to bht lose krna ha (picture abi Baki ha mere dost) What I eat ...what I do is all in front of you So Be the "heroine" of your own life ....(Heroin to phr Sundar or susheel e hote ha na 😉) Special thanks to @Hadia Saif and @Dn. Hamda Zain for always guiding and appreciating me Baki sare members to Jan ha apki ❤️

Day 19 – Ramadan Log 🌙💪
Sehri: 3 stuffed sandwiches, 2 boiled eggs, 250g yogurt, 1 cup chai. Iftar: Lobia chaat, Creamy Fruit chaat, Fruits (orange + melon). After that did some scripting and had a Premium community session today. Really enjoyed the conversation — good talks with Husnain, Sidra and Maham, and also discussing some weather updates and parenting topics with Ozaira. Always nice when the community interaction feels real and engaging. Then went to gym. Post-workout: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass - a little cheat dessert — custard from TSK Diets 😅 Overall mood was good today. Mentally felt much more active and aligned. Quick Observation As Ramadan is moving toward the end, I’m noticing something interesting. At the start of Ramadan, the body surprisingly felt okay. But now the body is starting to show: • slight dehydration • fatigue • random laziness • lower energy levels Maybe it’s the accumulated fasting days, sleep shifts, and gym intensity together. Curious to know from you guys: As Ramadan is ending… • Are you also feeling lower energy levels now compared to the start? • Or has your body fully adapted to fasting? Let me know your experience.
