Week 1 - complete
Made it through the weekend without a glass or 2 or 3 of Bubbly. Swapped 1 glass out for Coconut Water and a slice of lime in my wine glass. Then sparkling water was it for the weekend !

Day 4 - hoping steps carry forward ๐Ÿ˜‚ yesterdays were greatly boosted by 1/2 day at the shops - todays walk shorter due to blisters - still missing my wine , but replacing a couple of coffees with water hasn't been too bad

Day 5 and Kat is in a world of pain๐Ÿ˜ณ but still went out for a walk this morning - gotta love the pressure of a challenge !
