This time of year is tough to stay focused on our overall health… but it’s still worth knuckling down. Here’s what I do 👇 I give myself a clear window over Christmas to relax, enjoy the season, eat the food, be present with family and friends. But I set the finish line before I start – a set time period to enjoy myself… and not a day over that. After that window, I snap myself out of holiday mode with a planned fast. For me, that’s a water-only fast. I didn’t start with 7 days. I started with 1 day, then moved to 3 days, and built from there. The benefits for me have been huge – mentally, physically, and spiritually. The key is: - I plan my off-period in advance - I decide how long it will go - I plan my fast after it - Then I go straight back into my normal routine This is what I do – hope it helps someone.
