What is Bidding? - Bidding means finding a job and applying for it by sending a proposal or cover letter. What is Dummy Bidding? - Dummy bidding is practice bidding. - In dummy bidding, all job details, cover letters, and data are written in a document. - Seniors review and approve it before real bidding. - This helps correct mistakes and improve writing skills. - The goal is to write better proposals and get approved for real jobs. Steps of Bidding - 🔍 Find a relevant job. - ✍️ Write a clear and strong cover letter. - 💰 Do not change the job’s given rate. - ❓ Address and clear the client’s concerns. - 🎯 Show that you are an expert in that specific job. - 🏭 Mention details related to the client’s industry. - 💡 Be creative and think from the client’s point of view. - 👞 Put yourself in the client’s shoes and understand what they need. - 🤝 Show clearly that you are the right person who can solve their problem.

But ek cheez jo main seekh raha hoon "Showing up on hard days matters more than showing up on good days.😇" Jab dil nahi karta or thakan hoti hai 💤 to hamen apny progress nazar nahi aati REALITY MA "Ussi din kaam karna real game hai." Aaj agar app ny sirf ek cheez seekh leya thora sa improve kiya "THAT STILL COUNTS". Mindset ka kaam motivate karna nahi, mindset ka kaam ye yaad dilana hota hai ke "NEVER GIVEUP"💪 Kyunkay "CONSISTENCY" jo hard days pe hoti hai, wo easy days ke results banati hai.

Date: 22-01-2026 Day: Thursday 💤 Sleep Log - Slept at: 7:30 AM - Woke up at: 1:30 PM - Total sleep time: 6 hours 📝 Action Log 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM - Had tea 2:00 PM – 9:45 PM - Worked on illustrations for February events - Engaged in the community - Electricity went off as soon as it started raining - Waited for almost an hour; then decided to step out - Went out with my bhai and bhabi to enjoy the weather - Spent a pleasant time outdoors and returned home after dinner 9:45 PM – 8:30 AM - Attended online Video Editing Class - Worked again on video editing - Spent most of the time struggling with trimming clips, adding text, and PNGs - Felt frustrated and slow while learning this skill - Shared Daily Journal in the community - Shared the quote “Growth begins the moment you choose responsibility over reaction” in the community - Engaged in the community - Reviewed some assignments from SMM Session 4 - Couldn’t do much overall and felt dissatisfied with my performance 🌱 Reflection Today was emotionally heavy. Despite putting in time and effort, progress felt slow—especially in video editing, which continues to challenge my confidence. However, taking a break to enjoy the rain and spend time with family helped lighten my mood. Even on days when I don’t feel productive, I showed up, stayed engaged, and didn’t completely disconnect and that still matters. ⚠️ Challenges - Slow learning curve in video editing caused frustration and self-doubt. - Power outage disrupted focus and workflow. - Felt mentally tired and disappointed with my own progress. - Need to be kinder to myself while learning a new and unfamiliar skill. ✨ Lesson for the day: Not every day shows visible progress, but showing up on hard days builds resilience more than easy wins ever could.

One thing I’m learning is that growth often feels invisible while it’s happening. You’re showing up. You’re learning. You’re putting in effort. But because the progress is slow and quiet, your mind tells you: “Nothing is changing.” That’s rarely true. Most real growth happens in silence in routines, repetitions, and boring days that don’t look impressive. You don’t need dramatic breakthroughs every day. You just need consistency that outlives doubt. Trust the process you can’t yet measure.
