Class 5 | Can Emotional Intelligence Be Learned? | Assignment Instructions
Salam, Today we are releasing Class 5 video on whether Emotional Intelligence is natural or trainable. We explored how EQ is partly natural but mostly learnable. Through self-awareness, emotional control, and reflection, anyone can grow emotionally and handle life more effectively. ๐Ÿ“Œ Topics Covered: 1. Whatโ€™s Natural (Temperament) โ€“ Calm or reactive tendencies, empathetic starting points 2. Practicing Self-Awareness โ€“ Noticing emotions before they control you 3. Learning Emotional Control โ€“ Managing reactions instead of suppressing emotions 4. Reflecting Instead of Reacting โ€“ Learning from emotional moments to avoid repeating mistakes 5. Proof Itโ€™s Learnable โ€“ People mature and grow wiser with age and experience ๐ŸŽฅ Video Link: ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.skool.com/make-1k-5k-in-30-days-8449/classroom/8ed91781?md=998b05aee6374aad8904d6b308c5957c โš ๏ธ Important Assignment After watching the complete video, completing this assignment is mandatory. ๐Ÿ“„ Assignment Details (Class 5, Unique & Self-Reflective): 1. Recall a moment when you reacted emotionally before noticing your feelings. How could practicing self-awareness have changed the outcome? 2. Describe a situation where controlling your immediate reaction could have improved a relationship or result. What strategy would you use next time? 3. Think of a recent emotional moment. How can reflecting instead of reacting help you avoid repeating the same mistake? 4. Share an example where your temperament or natural reactions affected a situation. How could training your EQ skills change similar future scenarios? 5. Reflect on your personal growth: How can taking responsibility for your emotions help you mature and handle challenges more effectively? Kindly complete your answers in a Google Document and share the document link in the comments of this post with editor access, so everyone can benefit from your insights.

Opportunity Mindset vs Victim Mindset
The same situation. Two very different ways of thinking. ๐Ÿ”ด Victim Mindset 1. Client says no โ†’ โ€œEveryone is against me. Nothing works for me.โ€ 2. Mistake happens โ†’ โ€œIโ€™m just not good enough. Others are luckier.โ€ 3. Slow progress โ†’ โ€œThereโ€™s no point trying. The system is unfair.โ€ This mindset looks for blame, avoids responsibility, and keeps you stuck. ๐ŸŸข Opportunity Mindset 1. Client says no โ†’ โ€œWhat can I improve for the next pitch?โ€ 2. Mistake happens โ†’ โ€œThis is feedback. Iโ€™ll fix it and move forward.โ€ 3. Slow progress โ†’ โ€œConsistency will compound. Iโ€™ll stay patient.โ€ This mindset looks for lessons, takes ownership, and creates growth. The situation doesnโ€™t decide your future. Your mindset does. Victim mindset asks: โ€œWhy me?โ€ Opportunity mindset asks: โ€œWhatโ€™s next?โ€ I choose Opportunity mindset what do you choose???
