Hey, @Noah Hunter Dorsey and @Hugh O'Donnell thank you for all your insights, I have completed all three courses and they have been super great. I would like to now cancel my subscription before the next instalment goes out. I understand I will be missing out on future discussions and the new content you upload. I am still considering purchasing a UGC package if that is still an option.

This TikTok trending audio (tiktok.com/ZTRsXJr6U/) is originally a clip from the 2006 American comedy-drama film The Devil Wears Prada. The audio gained popularity after the creator Victor Ramos (tiktok.com/@vicmram) posted a video reenacting this scene from the movie. The original audio has been used in 29.6K videos so far. I’m hearing this constantly, especially from new ecommerce founders. But after creating ads for 600+ brands, And being able to look inside facebook ad accounts… Here’s the truth. Facebook Ads don’t work in 2022 - IF you’re doing it the old way. It’s true, since iOS, it is getting harder to scale. Costs have increased. It's harder to track. Ads die faster. I’m not going to sugar coat it and say that it’s ā€œeasyā€ It’s hard. But it’s very very doable. (and to be honest, it’s the only option to actually scale) Here’s how we’re winning with facebook ads in 2022: #1 Stop ā€œMedia Buyingā€ Hacks Most marketing agencies make their money off this. And it doesn’t work. Every month there’s some new tactic and strategy to try and ā€œoutsmart the facebook algorithmā€. Audience-testing/ Different bid optimisations. It’s BS. Sure, it can get you quick wins, but long-term your campaigns will die and your results will be inconsistent. Instead, you want to let the algorithm do its thing. Spend more on a single broad audience and let it rip. Our media buyer literally uses open targeting (no targeting at all) and lets the algorithm do its thing. Yes, it does take a few days to warm up, but when it does you can eventually scale and get super consistent results. But this won’t work unless you have solid creative, and more specifically: #2 Short, Punchy UGC Video Ads With reels, TikTok & shorts being hot right now, Attention spans are shorter, Which means your video ads need to be shorter too. They need to be snappy, with quick cuts, and sell your product quickly & effectively. This means higher % watch time, lower costs, cheaper purchases and ultimately more room for scale. As a rule, ideally the product & main value prop is in the first 5 seconds. Plus ideally, the actual video goes for 15-30 seconds. So by: #1 Letting the FB Algorithm do it’s thing & #2 Creating short, snappy UGC videos You’ll give your store the best chance at winning on Facebook in 2022. (We’ve worked with 600+ brands, so we know that this is working right now)

Hi CC's and @Lucas Spinella in particular... I'm putting together my research doc and about to take a look at competitor reviews ...and I'm wondering if there are any tools / software / apps that can 'mine' product reviews from other websites and throw them into a single spreadsheet? (I have all of our own product reviews funnelling automatically into 1 spreadsheet and it makes things easy to find, it's so easy to search our own product reviews for whatever I'm looking for - was just thinking it would be awesome to have the same resource for competitor reviews as well to look at commonalities for hooks / angles etc) Big thanks in advance!

    Hey @Crystal Fieldhouse , this is a great question. If it were me, I would look into getting a VA from Upwork to help me with this. This option would be very cost/time efficient - you would just need to build a detailed SOP for the VA to follow. Hope this helps!

Hi Noah, CC team and community. Just wanted share a basic Ad we made for our product (pre tied fishing rigs). The Idea for our ad was generated while watching your training course and seeing your ad of the spinning container of cream. It's now got 800 + likes and 400 + comments. View at the below link. https://fb.watch/hWrsrG0Kdc/ Not saying our ad is perfect or anything - if you have any advice they would actually be great. It's just a basic spinning spool inside a cheap Aldi Photo light box on a 3 second loop. (we didn't even get the loop in the right spot to make it look continuous) but its been doing a great job for us. Love all your work and its all been super relevant helpful to our small business at rigmate.com.au We haven't implemented all of your stuff on our website yet but do plan to do so. Many Thanks James

So many people want to use their TikTok content on other platforms (IG reels, YouTube shorts), or would just like access to their videos without the watermark that appears when you try to save down content on the platform. Luckily, there is a website called Snaptik https://snaptik.app/en that allows you to remove the watermark. 1. Open TikTok on Laptop 2. Find video 3. Copy the link 4. Add to Snaptik 5. Use your TikTok content anywhere! This is also amazing if you see influencer content with your band and want to save the videos. It's as easy as that :)

    @Abhi Sharma Sabri is a genius marketer. However, those hardcore 'direct response' tactics don't work on TikTok the way they did on Facebook. TikTok is an entertainment platform, so you need to create content that gives people VALUE. We focus on reactive content (trend based) and proactive content (brand building) to grow brands on the platform! Would you be interested in seeing a full strategy report for one of clients?

1-3 times per day is the recommended number of posts for a TikTok account. If you want to grow your brand fast, you could even do up to 5 per day, which is what some of the largest creators do. Consistency grows your community as users expect your content and incorporate it into their daily routine. The algorithm will also learn more about you and who to push your videos out to. When posting often, however, try to leave 1-2 hours in-between each post to ensure the algorithm has time to push each video out seperatley. How many times a day do you post on TikTok?

    This is great insight! From the perspective of a new startup, posting multiple times a day may seem a little overwhelming on top of all the other things to manage. Whats your advice on creating content consistently in a timely manner?

If you’re like 99% of E-comm Entrepreneurs, You’ve probably had a time… (Maybe it’s right now) Where your store is ā€œStuckā€. You’ve launched. Paid for inventory. You're posting on socials. Influencer marketing, ads, all of it… …And you’re still getting 0 sales. …Maybe you’re rethinking this whole e-comm thing. …And wondering if your product is even gonna work. …Or if it’s time to give up. It’s tough. I’ve been there. A ton of times. I remember when I first launched my Beauty Brand - Tommi Skin, we were in this phase too. We were trying new influencers, new platforms, new ads every single week. Nothing was working. Most days we got 0 sales. But out of nowhere, we started to get momentum… Then literally, within 2 months, we scaled to $200k per month. Same website. Same product. Same price. All that changed was literally just one ad. That’s it. And now, after scaling Tommi (& 600+ other brands through my agency), I look back and wonder what would have happened if I gave up, and stopped trying… Where I would be. To be honest, I don't know. But if there’s one thing I know, If you have a good product that people genuinely want… All it takes is one lucky break to pop off. And literally transform your store. And your life. It could be an ad, an influencer, a new platform. But if you stop trying new things, you’ll never know. Keep testing. Eventually, you’ll get lucky. All the best. Noah P.S.
