Upper body 1 from week 7 — wow the Gimme 5 line up is no joke with the prefatigue moves! I’m finally feeling more energetic after a few solid nights of sleep over the weekend and my period ending! I took full advantage! The women’s wellness group and I are having a fun little mini challenge too so I got up and did some extra walking at work today to make sure I’m not just sitting all day! It’s nice to have that extra accountability! Happy for an easy sheet pan dinner too 😁👏🏼
