Baby/toddler swim lessons
Saturdays we started swim lesson with my son. It’s a mommy/daddy and me class with a couple other babies and moms. There is a lot of crying happening from my son currently but so far the swim teacher says he is doing all the things he should be doing and reacting the way he should. I have some regret not starting him younger but I can’t change the past. I’m hoping he learns to love the pool like I did as a kid, even though now I am more of a spa person.

@Angelina Kiggins yes! Moving into Ryan’s grandparents house :) doing some projects there before moving in.
New month, new goals
New things to look forward to being a new month. At the end of the month we are taking a family vacation to Maui to visit family. With that in mind I just have a few things or goals to work on. 1- get my daily walks in 2- try to do yoga/stretch when I can 3- do a core 5er when I can 4- maybe try to do a 10 minute BodI workout when I can 5- continue my weekly therapy sessions. I’m sure there is something I am missing but this is a good place to start.

Bare minimum
Im being really hard on myself lately for not showing up in here like I really want to. I am living in a bare minimum state right now as we wrap up the preschool year at work and while I also navigate all the things ending preschool and starting kindergarten and coming home behind from vacation in my personal life. I’m still prepping food now that I’m home, tracking macros, turning down extra opportunities to eat (with the exception of two chocolates today) and working out! I know eventually this will end and I should be able to breathe again, for now, I’m just doing what I can where I can and learning to be okay with that. Shoulders from LIIFT WEEK with cycle hiit from this morning!
