Slept in late this am. Felt good but now feel like I’m behind even though nothing is on the agenda for today. Total body - went up in weights to point of having to change around adjustable weights. Feels good although knowing doms will hit hard tomorrow. Taking day of relax and self care. Last week fell off a bit and my numbers starting going down so time to recalibrate.

This has been long week and I only worked 4 days. Feeling tired and now feel like I have a cold. Why is it I can only go 2 weeks without getting another term/ illness. This is getting frustrating. Walked and did half of steady cardio. Happy Friday

Back to be tired again. Rough sleep nite. Ate too close to bed and crazy intense dream which kept me reeling for a bit. Feeling hung over tired today. No workout just some stretching and a short walk in the pad before work. To bed early tonight.

Mobility- full body recalibrate . Sore muscles and just having some difficulty with time change. I go to bed super early becuz I’m up before the sun. But trying to be tired at 730-8 is difficult because my body and brain are saying it’s only 630. So I end up being up later but the alarm still goes off in am without enough quality sleep. This should be a mandatory week off of work so bodies can recalibrate to the new time.
