I’m in the process of hiring a VA for outbound SMS marketing and pulling/skipping data. I was originally going to go with a freelancer (solo person) but I interviewed an agency today and I like what they had to offer. One person would be assigned to my company and they work with quite a few other land investors. I understand I can’t “mold” the agency person but it’s helpful they know what they are doing and I can possibly implement some things they do (pipeline management) Any red flags I should look for? Anybody have any experience (good or bad) with an agency? TIA
