@Dan Kerch Hey friend! I agree, but highly encourage anyone to hire a texter ASAP. I don't feel like that's a skill that you really need to have dialed all the way in as the CEO. A basic understanding is good enough, then get you a cheap texter that can easily blast a few thousand texts a day and handle the responses in a timely manner. Just have the system in place to handle the leads once he or she passes them off to you.

SMS Marketing Mistakes to Avoid 🚫⁉
For those of you who have built their systems around SMS. What are some mistakes that you wish you avoided or knew about before starting? Roadblocks that might've cost you money or even a potential deal? I finally have Stride and my texting platform set up. Just waiting the 10DLC approval and A2P to be finalized. I'm looking to hit the ground running and will probably start my texting volume you a bit lower to get the hang of it before ramping things up. I'd like to get a head of as many potential mistakes as possible.

Hire a texter ASAP. You can get someone that is really really good at it and can handle large volumes of texts effectively. And you can get that for $800/month easily. You can find a land specific texter nowadays that you only really have to train on your workflow and tags.

Having used both, I prefer Stride. Ive been using it since it came out and haven't even scratched the surface in terms of all that it can do. It also doesn't cost extra to add your TM's to, unlike some other popular platforms. It's built by 2 big names in land investing and they are always innovating.
Land opportunities
Hi everyone, we do a lot of outbound marketing for industrial and retail properties which inadvertently leads us to land leads.
