Pain in hamstring
I was just curious on what I should do if my hamstring hurts. What kind of stretch can I do for that. That's where the pain starts and it goes to my calve and heel. Same leg (left).

I picked a lane but don't understand about picking a rule. I rarely drink alcohol , don't drink sugary drinks, and don't smoke or vape. Can I make my own rule to help with my boundary of 1 serving of dessert per day?
Burning feeling in calve and foot
My calve and foot is burning really bad at work. Is there any suggestions that you could give to relieve this discomfort?
Hand question
If the palm of your hand hurts what does that usually intell? It hasn't hurt until today and my whole right arm is in discomfort and my hand hurts. Should I brace it tomorrow?
