My Plan for the next 10 days
Hey Guys, on my call today with Lance we talked through my next 10ish days... so I'll post the plan here
Workouts:
Sat: dance, yardwork
Sun: yoga, walk
Mon: 6:15 gym
Tues: 6:15 gym
Wed: 12:00 gym
Thurs: 7:15 gym
Fri: 7:15 gym
Sat: dance, yardwork
Sun: yoga, walk
Food:
Sat: Kachava -> eggs+veggies -> 3pm shrek shake -> 24hr Fasting
Sun: 24hr Fasting -> Family GPS dinner
Mon: Fasting -> chipotle -> shrek shake
Tues: Fasting -> costa vida salad -> shrek shake
Wed: Fasting -> Kachava -> eggs+veggies
Thurs: Fasting -> Kachava -> taco salad
Fri: Fasting -> Kachava -> Family GPS dinner
Sat: Kachava -> eggs+veggies -> 3pm shrek shake -> 24hr Fasting
Sun: Fasting -> Family GPS dinner + small dessert
