Workouts:
  • Sat: dance, yardwork
  • Sun: yoga, walk
  • Mon: 6:15 gym
  • Tues: 6:15 gym
  • Wed: 12:00 gym
  • Thurs: 7:15 gym
  • Fri: 7:15 gym
  • Sat: dance, yardwork
  • Sun: yoga, walk
Food:
  • Sat: Kachava -> eggs+veggies -> 3pm shrek shake -> 24hr Fasting
  • Sun: 24hr Fasting -> Family GPS dinner
  • Mon: Fasting -> chipotle -> shrek shake
  • Tues: Fasting -> costa vida salad -> shrek shake
  • Wed: Fasting -> Kachava -> eggs+veggies
  • Thurs: Fasting ->  Kachava -> taco salad
  • Fri: Fasting -> Kachava -> Family GPS dinner
  • Sat: Kachava -> eggs+veggies -> 3pm shrek shake -> 24hr Fasting
  • Sun: Fasting -> Family GPS dinner + small dessert
