I have a client who's 3 weeks postpartum and everything is going fairly well. However, she is concerned about gas and bloating that may cause colic for the little one.
Apart from the basics, reduce beans, pulses, cruciferous veggies (which she's already doing), are there any other Ayurvedic nutritional tips I can suggest.
She's been really good with keeping to the postpartum rice pudding and having warm, liquid, spiced foods.
