I offered and Someone said YES

Oh boy...so in my Mind Body Bright Weekly Digest that goes out every Friday - I FINALLY offered three spots to book a call with me to connect. Someone from my list booked a call for Monday immediately. However, I forgot to block off Monday as we're away for my son's bday....now what? Is it unprofessional to reach out to her and ask her to rebook? Also for someone totally new what is the process I should be following to guide the call. I have a google form I can send to get up to speed on where she is and wants to be.....I'm rusty with sales calls or any calls like this - where should I go - I'm just getting into the SALES module - no pitch deck, no guide yet....I also know when I'm on a call (feeling confident) I'm golden....just not feeling super confident.
