Circle Cutting Jig
I've been wanting to make a circle cutting jig for at least one of my routers. The problem I've had, is that the fence on my router table won't allow me to cut any farther than about an inch from the edge of the board. So, I couldn't cut the slot in the middle with it. Finally overcame that problem by making the jig out of two pieces, allowing a wider slot for the T-bolt head in the lower one and a smaller slot for the shaft of the bolt in the upper one. Both slots were cut on a scroll saw.
As you can see, I made this one for my trim router. That's okay for thin material; but I'm going to have to make one for my larger router, so that I can cut through thicker material. Battery life cutting thick material with this router is dismal.
