I’ve seen different versions of this question but figured I’d ask for my specific situation.

Will be traveling and taking one loaded syringe with me. I inject 2x a week.

It will be in a diabetic carrier that has ice packs in it which will keep it cold for about 8 hours. I’m thinking it will start to get to room temperature slowly from those 8 hours and I won’t be able to refrigerate it for another 4 hours. What are thoughts on that time period?

If I inject it I’m thinking the worst case scenario is that it may just not be as effective??
