Off Cycle Slump
I hit a slump 2 weeks after cycling off IPA/CJC. No motivation or desire to workout and mood is kinda meh. Not down or depressed just ehhh. Sleep is still good though luckily although last night was the first night with trouble falling asleep and then waking up this morning feeling wide awake an hour before my alarm. One night may be a fluke though.
I was doing a lot of reading last night on how to avoid that. From what I read my experience while researching the IPA/CJC and even these side effects of cycling off are actually good sign that it was doing a lot for me. My current plan is to always cycle on and cycle OFF anything slowly. Even if that adds an extra week or two to my cycle at the end to create a nice bridge and not have any “withdrawal” effects or feel any major shifts.
Supposedly this slump means my physiology is especially sensitive to GH secretagogues, so I feel both the upsides and the downsides more clearly than average. Which is good news and info to have on how to implement the next cycle.
Had anyone else seen a serious slump after IPA/CJC?
