NAD/5-amino/mots-c (100/10/10)
Does anyone know what a good dose of this blend would be just starting out? And how much bac water?. Along with what would the units be after calculating it out. I don’t know yet how to calculate these ratios. I’m hoping to learn. It’s still very confusing to me. I purchased this vile from BioLongevity Labs along with ss-31. Is it ok to stack ss-31 and this blend together after only taking ss-31 for two weeks?
