Is “lower appetite” the true only means that Reta leads to weight loss?
I am starting a cut. I have been tracking my macros and I’m beginning a deficit of 200-300 cals per day. 140 G protein consistently.
I also recently started Reta.
If i continue with my exact same caloric deficit plan - would i achieve the same results with our without the Reta?
TLDR: If a caloric deficit is happening regardless - does Reta help?
