Ipa/Tesa increase heart rate?
Has anyone else had this issue with Ipa/Tesa increasing heart rate at night therefore lowering your readiness score with Oura Ring? Any recommendations? Maybe drop dose in half and see if it helps and then slowly increase dose back?
